| 摘 要： | 采用室温浸渍提取法、超声波提取法、索氏提取法和超临界提取方法,对香蒿、大籽蒿、蒙古蒿、猪毛蒿、野艾蒿和牡蒿进行抑杀虫活性成分的提取。结果表明:蒿属植物的最佳提取溶剂为95%的乙醇溶液;蒿属植物的最佳提取方法为超临界提取法。

| Abstract: | An experiment was conducted to extract the active components from Artemisia annuae,A.sieversiana,A.mongolica,A.scoparia,A.lavandulaefolia DC.and A.japonica by the methods of immersion extraction at room temperature,ultrasonic extraction,Soxhlet extraction,and supercritical extraction.Result shows that the optimal extraction solvent is 95% alcohol solution and the best extraction method is supercritical extraction. |
