| Abstract: | The mycelia yield of Cordgceps taii mycellia was high in peptone tomato sucrose and bran media.The yield of shake culture was higher than that of calm culture,but the investment was higher.The ultraviolet absorption spectrum of cultured Cordyceps taii mycelia was similar to that of Cordyceps sinensis and its content of amino acids and minerals were rich. |
