摘    要:土地盐碱化问题严峻,利用耐盐碱植物进行盐碱地生物改良是盐碱地恢复和改良的重要途径,而筛选适宜的种植材料是实施盐碱地生物恢复和改良的关键。以杜仲、沙枣、柽柳和梭梭为试验材料,采用人工模拟盐碱胁迫的方法,选取2种中性盐(NaCl、Na2SO4)以及2种碱性盐(Na2CO3、NaHCO3),分析比较它们的耐盐碱性。结果表明,低盐低碱(100 mmol/L,pH 8.32)处理可以促进梭梭和柽柳生长,但钠盐浓度达到200 mmol/L,pH值达到8.74时就会对它们产生明显抑制;沙枣和杜仲始终受到盐碱胁迫抑制,随着胁迫强度的增加受抑制程度不断加深。4个树种在一定范围内的盐碱胁迫下,通过增加渗透调节物质可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量,缓解高盐环境对自身的渗透胁迫,提高树木的吸水能力;随着胁迫强度的加大,4个树种不断提升总有机酸含量以维护植物体内环境pH值稳定,提高自身的抗盐碱性。

Abstract:Land salinization is a serious problem.The biological improvement of saline-alkali soils by using saline-tolerant plants is an important way for the restoration and improvement of saline-alkali soils.While the selecting of suitable planting materials is the key to carry out the biological restoration and improvement of saline-alkali land.In this study,we took the Eucommia ulmoides,Elaeagnus angustifolia,Tamarix chinensis and Haloxylon ammodendron as the test materials.Two kinds of neutral salt (NaCl and Na2SO4) and two kinds of alkaline salt (Na2CO3 and NaHCO3) were selected by artificially simulating saline-alkali stress.The results showed that low salinity and low alkali (100 mmol/L,pH 8.32) could promote the growth of H.ammodendron and T.chinensis.But the sodium salt with the concentration of 200 mmol/L and the pH 8.74 would significantly inhibit them.Saline-alkali stress was always suppressed in E.ulmoides and E.angustifolia and the degree of inhibition continued to deep with the increase of stress intensity.Under the certain range of saline-alkali stress,the four tree species tended to increase osmosis regulators,such as the soluble sugar content and proline content to relieve the osmosis stress of the high-salt environment and to improve the ability of trees to absorb water.With the increase of stress intensity,the total organic acid contents of the four tree species increased continuously.It could maintain the stability of the environmental pH of the plant and to improve its anti-salt alkalinity.
