粗饲料及肉牛日粮的降解规律研究

摘    要:使用3只瘤胃瘘管山羊,以尼龙袋法对花生壳、麦秸和内牛日粮的干物质和粗蛋白质的降解情况进行了测定。结果表明:花生壳和麦秸的粗蛋白质降解效果差;干物质的降解效果好,麦秸优于花生壳;由花生壳和麦秸等原料所组成的日粮,其干物质和粗蛋白质的降解率高且持续稳定。

Abstract:Using 3 fistulated goats and nylon bag technique, the characteristics of degradation of DM and CP in peanut shell, wheat straw and beef cattle ration were evaluated. The results is evident that both peanut shell and wheat straw have lower degrading rate of CP but higher degrading rate of DM. The degradation rate are also higher and stabler for DM and CP of beef cattle ration composed of peanut shell and wheat straw mainly.
