摘    要:从耐药性木霉菌株的诱变选育过程中,得到一株能在含多菌灵2000mgL-1培养基上生长的变异菌株T12。该菌株在以多菌灵为唯一碳源的无机盐培养基中,于25℃、200rmin-1振荡培养5d,对多菌灵的降解率达到73.1%。在pH6.0、温度25℃、5%接种量和加入0.5%酵母粉为最适降解条件下,该菌株对多菌灵的降解率达到92.1%。对原土壤、自然风干土壤和高温烘干土壤中的多菌灵进行室内降解实验,在25℃~28℃,5%接种量,15%含水量的条件下处理10d,对多菌灵的降解率分别达到79.7%、76.5%和70.5%。研究结果为该菌株在土壤生物修复中的应用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:A Trichoderma strain T12 was isolated from the culture medium containing carbendazim through induced mutation and breeding of Trichoderma strains.The degradation rate of carbendazim reached 73.1% in inorganic salt medium using carbendazim as the sole carbon source after 5 days shake at temperature 25 ℃ and 200 r min-1.The results of degrading five commonly used chemical pesticides under given best conditions showed that the degradation rates of carbendazim reached 92.1% by adding 0.5% yeast powder and when the pH value,culture temperature and inoculation size were 6.0 and 25 ℃ and 5% respectively.It showed that the strain T12 had relatively extensive degradation property.Trichoderma can degrade carbendazim and five different kinds of chemical pesticides at the same time,which has not been involved in the present research on degrading Trichoderma.An indoor test degrading carbendazim in original soil,natural air-drying soil and high-temperature oven-drying for 10 days revealed that the degradation rates of carbendazim were 79.7%,76.5% and 70.5% respectively when the optimal degradation conditions were at temperature 25 ℃-28 ℃,5% inoculation size,500 mg g-1 concentration of carbendazim and 15% water content.It provides a scientific basis for applying this strain to bioremediation of polluted soil.
