链格孢菌粗毒素对月季的伤害及对月季长管蚜影响

摘    要:研究了4个链格孢菌菌株产生的毒素对月季幼苗伤害作用及对月季长管蚜的影响。结果表明:0845菌株产生毒素伤害活性最强,0309次之,0203伤害活性最小;毒素原液处理幼苗后对月季长管蚜生长和繁殖有抑制作用,7484菌株发酵液处理月季幼苗对蚜虫的抑制活性最高。0393次之,0203最差;受毒素原液处理后的月季材料对蚜虫引诱活性降低。0393处理对蚜虫选择寄主的抑制活性最弱,0845,0203,7484菌株毒素粗提液处理对蚜虫寄主选择抑制活性明显较大,选择毒素处理植物材料的比例明显低于选择健康叶片的比例。

Abstract:The crude toxins produced by four strains of Altemaria were employed to study the harmful effects to rose seedlings and the impacts to rose aphid(Macrosiphum rosirvorum).The results showed that the toxins from isolate 0845 induced the most active harm to rose seedlings,and isolate 0203 induced the weakest activity to rose seedlings.Crude toxins from the 4 stains of Alternaria inhibited the growth and reproduction of rose aphid.Rose seedlings treated by crude toxins from 7484 and 0203 showed the most and least serious inhibition to rose aphid respectively.Olfactory behavioral tests executed by Y-type olfactory meter indicated that compared to the rose seedling treated by crude toxins, rose aphids prefer to choose healthy seedlings.Volatiles emitted from seedlings treated by crude toxins from isolates 0845,0203,and 7484 have stronger repellent effects than that treated by crude toxins from isolate 0393.
