| 摘 要： | 涪陵区小石溪小流域地处城郊,傍依乌江、319国道贯穿腹地.15年来,通过山、水、田、林、路综合治理模式的实施,基础设施、生态环境、水土保持等生态经济建设取得了较好的成绩.但是,与生态经济发展要求还有较大差距,只有进一步强化流域生态经济建设的目标任务,明确流域生态经济建设的重点,实施流域生态经济建设措施,才能稳步推进流域治理进程,实现生态经济效益.
