| 摘 要： | 实验1的9头母鼠分为三组,分别用不同剂量的外源性激素氯芪酚、孕马血清、前列腺素处理,最后注射促黄体释放激素。实验2的4头母鼠用黄休酮-孕马血清和人绒毛膜促性腺激素处理的腹腔镜观察动物的卵巢变化。各组有发育滤泡、成熟滤泡和排卵点的动物比例分别为:氯芪酚组为37.5％,25％,37.5％:孕马血清组为0,33.3％,66.7％;前列腺素组为33.3％,66.7％,0;黄体酮-孕马血清组为0,100％,25％。与对照组动物比较,差异显著。

| Abstract: | 9 female chinchillas of experiment were divided into three groups and treated by the different dose of sex hormone of Clomiphene, PMSG, FGF2a individually. LRH was injected. 4 female chichillas of experiment 2 were treated dy progesterone PMSG and HCG. Ovaies were observed by laparoscopy. Chinchillas of Clomiphene Group had developed ova, matured ova fossaes is (37.5%, 25%, 37.5%). The PMSG group is 0, 33.3%, 66.7%; PGF2a group: 33.3% 66.7%, 0. Progesterone-PMSG group 0, 100%, 25%. The differencer of developed ova, compared with the control group, matured ova and ovulation are obvious. |
