南京市电力行业二氧化硫排放清单的建立及减排建议

摘    要:该文在问卷调查和资料查阅的基础上,针对二氧化硫对南京市电力行业进行活动水平调研,采用"自下而上"的方法建立了南京市2014年电力行业二氧化硫排放清单。结果表明,2014年南京市电力行业二氧化硫排放总量为27 735.20t,该结果与2014年环境统计资料结果较吻合,证明该清单编制方法具有较强的可操作性和可信性。根据本研究所建立的二氧化硫排放清单,从改变能源结构、优化发电设备、优化脱硫设备、加强煤炭脱硫工作等方面提出了二氧化硫减排建议。

Development of Sulfur Dioxide Emission Inventory and Emission Reduction Analysis for Electric Power Industry in Nanjing City
Abstract:Activity level of electric power industry in Nanjing was obtained by questionnaire survey and references consulting aimed at SO2. A“bottom-up”approach was adopted to build the SO2 emission inventory for the electric power industry of Nanjing in 2014. Results showed that the SO2 emission of the electric power industry was 27735.20 tons,and it was consistent with the data of environmental statistics in 2014. It was proved that the emission inventory establishment method was greatly operability and credibility.According to the results,pollution reduction measures of SO2 were put forward from the following aspects such as energy structure changes,power generation equipment op?timization,desulfurization equipment optimization and coal desulfurization.
