| 摘 要： | 对8个桦褐孔菌菌株的栽培特性进行了研究。结果显示,8个桦褐孔菌菌株的品种特性不尽相同,菌核形成早晚、整齐度以及生物学效率等存在明显差异。JL01菌核形成快、齐,各栽培袋菌核形成时间、快慢差异较小,个数最多,生物学效率最高为48.3%,种性最好J;L03J、L04种性较差,均不适合栽培。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author makes a study of cultivable characteristics of eight phaeoporus obliquus strains,which shows the varietalnesses of eight phaeoporus obliquus are not the same: There are some obvious differentiations in the period of sclerotia forming,trim order and biological efficiency.The sclerotia of JL01 grows quickly and regularly.There is a little difference in the growth period of sclerotia cultivated in various small bags;the number of sclerotia is the biggest :the biological efficiency of sclerotia is the highest.All of these demonstrate the varietalness of JL01 is superior.The study also shows the varietalnesses of JL03 and JL04 are relatively inferior,which are not both suitable for cultivating. |
