摘    要:考虑到整车质量、轴荷转移以及动载冲击,引入等效载荷作为悬架试验台载荷边界条件设置的基本依据,基于线弹性力学理论建立车辆悬架试验台应力应变场分析模型;提出以13节点空间单元作为网格划分的基本单元,采用有限元分析(FEA)求解该模型的数值方法.又在CATIA软件中实现该系统三维虚拟装配建模,进而在ANSYS/Workbench软件平台上得到该系统装配体强刚度分析结果.为悬架理论的实验验证提供了技术基础.

Abstract:The equivalent load was presented as a basis of the load boundary conditions in accordance with the vehicle mass, axle load transferring and dynamic load impact to develop a model for the stress-strain-field analysis of a suspension tester based on the theory of linear elastic mechanics. Finite element analysis method, which set spatial element of 13 nodes acting as basic element of meshing, was proposed to solve the above model. Three dimensional virtual-assembly models of the tester were obtained in CATIA software and further a finite element analysis of the assembly on ANSYS/Workbench was implemented to get results of intensity- stiffness solving. The research provides a technical foundation for the experimental verification of the suspension theory.
