NaHCO3胁迫对燕麦幼苗生长及相关生理指标的影响

摘    要:目的]研究燕麦幼苗对碱胁迫的适应性反应,以探索燕麦的耐碱机理。方法]以坝燕1号和坝燕4号为试材,采用室内营养液培养,当植株具有4~5片真叶时进行NaHCO3胁迫处理(0、25%、0.50%、0.75%),测定NaHCO3胁迫对燕麦植株的生物量、叶绿素含量、根系活力和脯氨酸含量的影响。结果]NaHCO3胁迫明显降低植株生长量、叶绿素含量、根系活力,显著增加脯氨酸含量。随着碱浓度的升高,2个品种的地上、地下部分鲜重、干重均呈显著下降趋势,处理间差异达显著水平;0.50%和0.75%NaHCO3处理的燕麦自移栽后因叶绿素含量下降其生长受到严重抑制,30 d后死亡。结论]在低浓度碱胁迫时(0.25%、0.50%),坝燕1号比坝燕4号耐碱性强,而在高碱浓度时(0.75%),则坝燕4号的耐碱性更强。
