摘    要:目的]为SDS在番茄生产中的应用提供参考。方法]以泰兴6号番茄种子为材料进行育苗,当幼苗有8片叶时,用不同浓度(0(CK)、0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2、1.5 mmol/L)SDS的营养液对其进行连续3 d的灌根和喷洒处理,研究SDS对番茄幼苗生理指标的影响。结果]当SDS处理浓度低于0.6 mmol/L时,番茄幼苗的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈上升趋势;当SDS浓度为0.6 mmol/L时,3种酶活性最大,分别比CK高60.1个百分点、66.7个百分点、9.0个百分点;当SDS浓度大于0.6 mmol/L时,随着SDS浓度的升高,3种酶活性逐渐下降;番茄幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率随着SDS浓度的升高一直上升;其可溶性糖含量高于CK。结论]低浓度(≤0.6 mmol/L)SDS对番茄幼苗的生长有促进作用,而高浓度SDS对番茄幼苗有较大的毒性。

Effect of Anionic Surfactant SDS on Some Physiological Indexes of Tomato Seedling
Abstract:Objective] The study was to provide the reference for the application of SDS in tomato production.Method] With tomato seeding of Taixing 6 as tested material,when the seeding had 8 leaves,they were treated by nutrient solution which contained different concn.of SDS(0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2,1.5 mmol/L),the effect of SDS on physiological indexes of tomato seedling were studied.Result] When SDS concn.was lower than 0.6 mmol/L,with the increase of SDS concn.the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT) showed increasing trend.When SDS was 0.6 mmol/L,the activities of 3 enzymes were the biggest,being 60.1%,66.7%,9.0% higher than that of CK resp.When SDS was above 0.6 mmol/L,with the increase of SDS concn,the activities of 3 enzymes were decreased gradually.With the increase of SDS concn.,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and relative conductivity of tomato seeding were ascended at all times.The content of soluble sugar in treated tomato seeding was higher than that of CK.Conclusion] SDS with lower concn.(≤0.6 mmol/L) had promotion on growth of tomato seedling,but SDS with high concn had biggish toxicity on tomato seedling.
