水稻亚种间杂交后代白叶枯病的抗性表现

摘    要:研究了水稻亚种间杂交后代白叶枯病抗性的遗传行为。结果表明,亚种间杂交后代的成株期抗性呈现单个显性或隐性基因控制抗性的遗传,与亚种内杂交基本一致,但在全抗亲本的亚种间杂交后代中,部分植株苗期感病,以后转为抗病。早生爱国3号、中新120、南粳15、辛尼斯的抗病基因分别与IR_(1545-339)和IR_(28)的抗病基因呈独立遗传,IR_(28)的抗病基因与南粳15的抗病基因连锁,其重组率为20.56%。

Abstract:The inheritance of resistance to bacterial blight was studied in theprogenies of crosses between subspecies of rice. The results established that theresistance at the adult stage, was governed by singel dominant or recessive genes, amode that is very similar to that of intenvarietal crosses within subspecies. However,progenies of some inter-subspecific crosses involing parents that are fully resistantappeared to be susceptible at the seedling stage, and became resistant at the adultstage. This is different from observations of intervarietal crosses within subspecies.The results also established that the resistant genes of wasekoku 3, Zhongxin 120,Nangkeng 15, Zenith segregated independently of the ones of IR1545-339, and IR28respectively. Whereas the resistant gene of IR28 is linked to that of Nangkeng 15 withrecombination freguency 20. 56%. It is also evident from the results that resistanceto becterial blight is not corelated with pollen fertility in inter-subspepecific crosses ofrice.
