| 摘 要： | 在20世纪初救亡图存的背景下，革命者以进化论为理论基础，以提倡白话文为革命起点，拉开了“五四”文学革命的序幕。这场革命充分发挥了语言的工具性作用，使得语言成为革命的有力武器。一方面胡适、陈独秀等革命者的话语暴力推动了革命取得胜利；另一方面，语言暴力在革命中逐渐走向极端化、激进化，给革命带来了惨痛的后果。其间虽有学衡派制衡的努力，但终究难以扭转这一趋势。探讨语言暴力与“五四”文学革命的互动关系及其规律，不仅能够揭示语言在革命语境下的暴力属性，更可以从语言暴力这一视角重新审视五四文学革命的历史意义和价值。

| Abstract: | Under historical background of saving nation from subjugation, revolutionists took evolution theory as theoretical basis and began to advocate vernacular Chinese in the early 20th century, which unfolded the curtain of May Fourth literary revolution. This revolution gave full play to instrumentality of language and turned it into a powerful revolutionary weapon. On the one hand, language violence of Hu Shi, Chen Duxiu and other revolutionists led to the success of the revolution; on the other hand, language violence became more and more extremalizd and radicalized in the revolution and caused painful consequences. During the process, although the Xueheng School tried to check and balance, it was hard to reverse this trend. Discussion on the interactive relationship between and regularity of language violence and May Fourth literary revolution can not only reveal violent nature of language in context of revolution, but also review historical significance and value of May Fourth literary revolution from the perspective of language violence |
