不同来源葡萄霜霉菌致病力差异研究

摘    要:对不同来源的20株葡萄霜霉菌孢子囊测定结果表明,其大小存在明显的差异。采自宁夏与甘肃武威的菌株孢子囊大小更接近,与其他各地菌株间差异明显,孢子囊大小与地域及原始寄主未表现明显相关,可能与菌源采集地的气候条件有关。通过离体叶盘法对来自宁夏、四川及甘肃武威、天水、兰州的不同品种上的5株葡萄霜霉菌的致病力迚行测定结果表明,不同来源的葡萄霜霉菌在同一葡萄品种上的潜育期、病情指数及品种抗感反应均存在明显差异,即不同菌株对相同寄主的致病力不同,表明不同菌株间存在致病力分化现象,菌株致病力与其孢子囊大小及地域未见明显相关,而与原始寄主的抗性有关。

Abstract:20 Plasmopara viticola strains of different sources sporangium size measurement results showed that there were significant differences,collected from Wuwei of Gansu province,Ningxia and strains sporangium size closer to,clear difference between strains with other area,sporangium size,the region and the original host had no obvious correlation,and might be associated with the climatic conditions of the strains region.The pathogenicity of 5 P.viticola strains from Ningxia,Sichuan,Lanzhou,Wuwei,and Tianshui and different varieties through the in vitro leaf disc method were determined,the results showed that different sources of P.viticola on the same grape variety of latent period,disease index and resistance were obvious different.Different strains showed pathogenicity differentiation on the same host.The pathogenicity of the strain was not significantly related to the size of the sporangium and region,but was related to the resistance of the original host.
