| 摘 要： | 十八大报告指出，要“加快改革户籍制度，有序推进农业转移人口市民化”。如何实现这一目标，促使农业转移人口更好更快地融入所居城市生活，提高城镇化质量，关键在于对农民进行全方位的市民化教育，改善其思想观念，增强其科学文化素质和职业技能。通过对农业转移人口市民化教育的迫切需求和当前该教育状况的深入分析，进而探究市民化教育的主体、对象、内容、形式、方法等，以期有助于我国在新一轮的城镇化过程中对农民进行更为科学有效的市民化教育。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress that the reform of the household registration system should be accelerated and the citinization of migrant workers should be promoted in order. The key to realize the goal of enhancing urbanization by integrating migrant workers into the urban life faster and better lies in the all dimensional civil education to improve their values, their scientific and cultural qualities and enhance their professional skills as well. Through an analysis of the pressing needs for migrant workers to receive civil education and the current education realities, the main parts, subjects, content, form and methods, etc. of the education will be further elaborated, which should be conducive in delivering more scientific and effective civil education to migrant peasants during the process of urbanization. |
