| 摘 要： | 消除两极分化、实现共同富裕充分体现社会主义社会以人民为中心的发展思想。马克思、恩格斯从制度层面深刻揭示贫困根源，并基于人的解放与全面发展提出解决方案。列宁、斯大林开启社会主义制度下消除贫困的伟大实践。新中国成立后，几代领导集体根据社会主义经济建设实践，不断探索适合中国国情的扶贫方式。党的十八大以来，我国实施精准扶贫战略并逐渐形成精准扶贫理论体系，成为马克思主义反贫困理论在当代中国的最新发展成果。在脱贫攻坚的实践中应充分发挥社会主义的制度优势和组织优势，注重增强扶贫对象的可持续发展能力，如期实现扶贫工作的预期目标。

| Abstract: | To eliminate polarization between the rich and the poor and to realize common prosperity fully embody the people-centered development thought of socialist society. Marx and Engels revealed the root cause of poverty from the aspect of institution and proposed the solution based on the liberation and comprehensive development of human beings. Lenin and Stalin started the great practice of eliminating poverty under the socialist system. After the founding of new China, several generations of leading collectives continuously explored, according to the practice of China''s socialist economy, the ways of poverty alleviation suitable to China''s national conditions. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, China has implemented the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and gradually formed the theoretical system of targeted poverty alleviation, which has become the latest development achievement of Marxism''s anti-poverty theory in contemporary China. In order to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation as scheduled, it is necessary, in the battle against poverty, to give full play to the institutional and organizational advantages of socialism and pay attention to enhancing the sustainable development ability of the poverty alleviation objects. |
