| 摘 要： | 以共词网络分析作为研究方法，通过绘制知识网络图，对近7年来国内和金融创新的代表性研究相关的文献进行了文献计量分析，识别了国内目前金融创新管理领域的研究热点与连通点，分两个阶段，通过可视化分析阐述了近年国内金融创新的研究趋势。研究结果显示：在2005—2009年期间，金融危机是主要的研究背景，并且在2010—2011年期间，金融危机的控制力继续上升；2005—2009年期间，金融机构是主要的研究对象，但在2010—2011年期间，金融机构研究减弱。两阶段的比较显示，金融监管越来越成为研究的热点，金融产品、金融风险、基金等知识点越来越成为金融创新研究知识网络的信息连通点, 决定未来研究的发展方向；现阶段，国内金融创新研究主要包含金融监管、金融危机、金融机构、资产证券化、金融风险等9个主题。

| Abstract: | Based on co word network analysis method, the paper analyzes financial innovation re search papers which were published on the domestic core journals in the past 7 years by bibliometric ways. Through drawing knowledge network diagram, the authors first identify the current focuses and connection points in financial innovation area, and then analyze the research trend of this area in a two stage visual display. The result shows: The research on financial crisis and financial institutions become weak; Knowledge points, including financial products, financial risk, funds are becoming the information connection points in the knowledge network, determining the development directions of financial innovation research; At present, domestic financial innovation research is forming up 9 themes of financial crisis, financial institutions, financial regulation, asset securitization, monetary policy, financial risk and risk management. |
