摘    要:以沙冬青为材料,选用茎尖、茎段、子叶和下胚轴为外植体进行组织培养,主要研究植物激素6-BA、KT在芽分化中的作用,结果表明 茎尖和茎段在含1mg/L和2mg/L 6-BA的培养基上,形成了玻璃化的丛芽而死亡,在含低浓度6-BA(0.5mg/L,0.1mg/L,0mg/L)的培养基上,能够产生一定比例、无玻璃化生长正常的芽,以6-BA含量为0.5 mg/L分化的芽率较高。在子叶和下胚轴的分化过程中,0.5 mg/L的6-BA,能够提高子叶不定芽的分化频率,作用较KT明显,相反0.5 mg/L KT提高了下胚轴不定芽的分化。

Abstract:The effect of Phytohormone 6-BA and KT on Ammpiptanthus Mongolicus shoot differentiation during tissue culture had been studied with stem apex,stem segment,cotyledon,hypocotyl as explants respectively.Results showed that: shoots can regenerate from stem apex and stem segment when culture in MS medium with 1 and 2mg/L 6-BA,but the shoot leaf then vitrification and died.Normal shoot can formed when cultured in low 6-BA medium(0.5,0.1,0mg/L).The shoot differentiation frequency is better higher in 0.5mg/L 6-BA....
