| 摘 要： | 当前我国农学专业人才培养面临着人才培养模式严重滞后、学生学习动力不足、生源质量较差、课程体系无法适应复合型人才培养的需要、人才培养经费不足、办学条件较差等问题。今后应着力改革人才培养模式，加强人才培养的针对性，以培养特色专业人才和复合型人才为目标，改革课程体系，强化实践性教学，推行“团块培养”模式，加强科研和专业师资队伍建设，强化专业思想教育和教学质量监控制度。

| Abstract: | At present, the training of agricultural specialized personnel in our country faces some problems such as the serious lagging of training mode, lack of learning motivation, poor quality of the enrolled students, unscientific curriculum system, short of funds and backward teaching facilities etc. In the future, the personnel training mode and curriculum system should be reformed to improve student＇s practice ability. Furthermore, the teachers＇ ability and their teaching skill level should be strengthened. |
