| 摘 要： | 论述了20多年来蔬菜作物人工种子的研究进展，对人工种子的概念、构造、制作材料、胚状体诱导、包埋、人工种皮、贮藏及防腐等方面进行了概述，并提出了人工种子生产存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | This review is focused on the developments of vegetable artificial seeds technology over 20 years,and summarized different aspects of artificial seeds:the conception,the structure,the materials of production, induction of somatic embryogenesis,the ways of encapsulating,artificial coat,storage and preservation,and so on.Meanwhile,the problems existing in production and direction to further development are also discussed. |
