摘    要:本文以一年生实生苗板栗(Castanea mollissima BL.),核桃(Juglans regia L.),花椒(Zanthoxylum bungea-num Maxim.),柿子(Diospyros kaki L.f.),杏(Armeniaca vulgaris Lam.),皂角(Gleditsia sinensis Lam.)为试验材料,对苗木在干旱胁迫下的生长和生理生化差异进行研究的基础上,建立了抗旱性筛选的指标体系,对6种苗木的抗旱性进行了评价,并对代表干旱适应能力指标及抗旱生产力指标进行了比较分析,筛选出了蒸腾速率、吸水能力、渗透调节、抗氧化系统、净光合速率、水分利用效率、生物量7项指标,用于6种苗木抗旱能力的综合评价指标。

Abstract:The one-year-old seedlings of six economic tree species were selected as the experimental materials and the growth,physiological and biochemical characteristics under water stress were studied.The index system of comprehensive assessment of drought resistance ability of the six tree species seedlings were established. On this basis,the indices of adaptability to drought and of productivity to drought were analyzed.Transpiration rate,water-absorbing ability,osmotic adjustment,anti-oxidant system,net photosynthesis rate,water utilization efficiency,biomass production were selected to be usedasevaluation index in thedrought-resistant assessmentof six tree species.
