可视化智能机械故障诊断系统的研究

摘    要:运用模糊神经网络推理技术,结合传统的振动信号谱分析方法,设计了可视化智能机械故障诊断系统软件。采用面向对象技术,在Windows环境下使用面向对象的编程语言Borland C++4.5开发了系统软件。具体介绍了该系统的组成,功能衣特点,给出了齿轮箱诊断实例。

Abstract:An intelligent system of the mechanical fault diagnosis is designed by combining the traditional spectrum analysis of the vibration signals and the reasoning techniques of the fuzzy neural networks. The software is developed by the object oriented techniques and the object oriented language B C 4 5 in the environment of Windows. It supplies a visual tool for users to implement the signal sampling, data processing and diagnostic reasoning. It also supplies a graphical interface to acquire the diagnostic knowledge in order to develop the specialized diagnostic systems. The configuration, functions and features of the diagnostic system are discussed in details. At last a diagnostic example of the gearbox is given.
