| 摘 要： | 图书馆事业从20世纪后半叶开始受到新技术发展的猛烈冲击，以至于图书馆人一度受到技术决定论思想影响，认为我们已经不再需要实体存在的图书馆，使图书馆事业一度低迷。历经半个世纪以后，图书馆有识之士开始重新界定图书馆的意义，重新审视以人为本的人文精神，重新面对、积极探索作为实体图书馆对外服务的新举措。

So that librari- ans were once the ideological influence of technological determinism After half a century later, the library people start to re-define the meaning of the library~ People-oriented re-examine the human spirit, to face and actively ex- plore the physical library asa new measure of external services. |
