提高期刊质量创办品牌期刊

摘    要:结合《北方园艺》的办刊实践,提出了新时期科技期刊健康发展必须遵循“增强创新意识、创建品牌期,准确定位、明确办刊宗旨,加强编辑策划、提高期刊质量,加强编辑队伍建设、提高编辑人员素质,采用现代编辑管理手段、改进装帧质量”等一系列办刊原则和宗旨;提出了科技期刊品牌是一项战略资源,是一项无形资产,只有找准定位、与时俱进、灵活多变、稳妥发展,才能赢得更大的生存和发展空间,为期刊的可持续发展奠定基础。

Abstract:In combination of the publication practice of ' Northern Horticulture' , a series of publication principles and theme were put forward for the healthy development of sci-tech periodical in new period from the following as- pects: enhancing innovative awareness to establish brand, accurate positioning to definite the periodical theme, strengthen editing and planning to improve periodical quality, development of a strong editor team to improve per- sonal quality of editors, using modem editorial operation mechanism to improve binding quality. Sci-tech periodical brand is a strategic resource and an intangible asset, greater survival and development space could be obtained through cleating positioning, keeping pace with the times, flexibility, steadily development, to lay a foundation for the sustainable development of periodical.
