秋季逊别拉河自然保护区浮游动物群落结构特征的初步研究

摘    要:2010年9~10月,对逊别拉河自然保护区浮游动物群落结构进行了初步研究。结果表明,共鉴定出4类20种浮游动物,其中轮虫类9种,占45.0%;原生动物7种,占35.0%;桡足类3种,占15.0%;枝角类1种,占5.0%;数量均值为1132ind.L-1。原生动物数量较多,占69.4%;轮虫类次之,占30.3%;桡足类仅占0.3%;生物量均值为0.206mg·L-1。轮虫类生物量最高,0.137mg·L-1,占66.5%;桡足类0.045mg·L-1,占21.9%;原生动物仅占11.6%;优势种类为原生动物的沙壳虫Difflugia sp.、侠盗虫StrobiLidium sp.、焰毛虫Askenasia sp.;轮虫类的蒲达臂尾轮虫Brachionus budapestiensis、螺形龟甲轮虫Keratella cochlearis和桡足类的无节幼体nauplius为主。多样性指数H’、J显示逊别拉河自然保护区H’平均值为1.58,J平均值为0.81,表明保护区浮游动物的多样性比较丰富,物种分布均匀度较好,为保护鱼类的生存和繁衍提供了良好的生态环境。

Zooplankton Community Structure in Xunbiela River Nature Reserve in Spring

Abstract:An investigation was conducted on the community structure of zooplankton in the Xunbiela River Nature Reserve from September to October in 2010.The results showed that the zooplankton assemblage was composed of 20 species in total,belonging to four taxonomic groups.Rotifera(9 species)were represented by the maximal number of taxa followed by Protozoa(7),Copepoda(3),and Cladocera(1),with dominant species of Difflugia sp.StrobiLidium sp.,Askenasia sp,Brachionus budapestiensis,Keratella cochlearis and nauplii.The zooplankton was found to have average density of 1132.0 ind.L-1 in number and the average biomass of 0.206 mg.L-1,with the maximal density of Protozoa,accounting for 69.4 %.The rotifera was found to have the maximal biomass,occounting for 66.5 %.The diversity indices H’ and J of 1.58 and 0.81 indicated that the diversity and evenness of the zooplankton in that river was abundant,and provided a suitable habitat for fishes.
