| 摘 要： | 氯霉素类药物因具有吸收良好、价格便宜、抑菌性强和体内分布广泛，广泛应用于水产动物疾病防控。本文主要介绍了氯霉素类药物的研究现状，主要包括氯霉素类药物的特点、作用机理、检测方法研究进展、体内分布、体内代谢研究和体外药代动力学研究，目的为氯霉素类药物的使用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Chloramphenicols （CAPs） have been widely administrated in treatment of diseases in aquatic animals due to strong bacte- riostasis, unexpensive, rapid absorb and wide distribution in body. The characteristics, mechanism, detecting methods, distribution and metabolic pattern and vitro pharmaeokinetic of CAPs were briefly described aiming at offering references of research and application of CAPs. |
