| 摘 要： | 当前我国自然保护区发展迅猛,一方面数量与面积不断增加,另一方面人地矛盾、管理水平低下的问题突出。合理科学地进行面积与功能分区规划设计是解决这一问题的重要途径。本文以贵州省绥阳宽阔水国家级自然保护区为例,运用我国及IUCN在自然保护区建设中的面积形状、功能分区等理论观点,结合宽阔水保护区的规划实际,对这一问题进行了分析探讨,结果表明宽阔水自然保护区的面积规划与功能分区尚存在许多不合理之处。

| Abstract: | At present,the amount and total area of natural reserves increases quickly in China,simultaneously,problems such as humman-land conflict and coarse management appeares.And planning area size and functioning zone as a whole design is very useful to solve these problems.In this paper,Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve,as a case,is discussed preliminary according to the theories of natural reserves,especially on the aspect of area size and functioning zone division in China and IUCN,and the results showed that many unreasonable things existing on this reserve. |
