小麦维管组织结构研究概况

摘    要:小麦维管组织贯穿整个小麦植株,是其主要的输导组织,直接影响小麦产量的提高,也是小麦高产育种研究的生理基础。在此,综述了近年来小麦根、茎、穗轴和叶部维管组织结构研究的概况,阐述了同化物在运输途径中运行时受维管束数量、大小等影响的规律,进而表明维管束的结构状况和发育质量会成为限制产量的制约因素。

Abstract:The wheat microtubule tissue is covered in whole wheat plant, It is the main transferred tissue and affect wheat yield directly, the wheat microtubule tissue is also the physiological basis for improving wheat yield. The paper summarized the research on the wheat microtubule tissue in root, stem, leaf and ear, and described the effect law of numbers, dimensions of the microtubule on assimilation material in the course of transportation. Furthermore, the result demonstrated the structure and development of microtubule can be one of the limited factor to improve yield.
