摘    要:采用砂、蛭石、珍珠岩3种材料以不同比例配制成5种不同的混合基质,研究了不同基质配比对黄瓜生长发育的影响。结果表明:蛭石与珍珠岩以不同比例混合的处理中黄瓜生长明显优于单一基质。当蛭石与珍珠岩体积比为2∶1时黄瓜生长最好,苗期地上部干重分别比基质为砂、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩体积比为1∶1、1∶2时高34.6%、0.3%、1.9%和5.8%;开花期植株对磷的吸收比其他几种基质高20.5%~50.0%,对钾的吸收比其他几种基质高17.7%~42.8%;果实糖/酸值为5.44,分别比基质为砂、蛭石、蛭石与珍珠岩体积比为1∶11、∶2时高2.74、2.190、.59和0.99。由此认为,蛭石与珍珠岩以体积比2∶1混合后可明显改善基质理化性状,满足黄瓜根际环境水、热、气、肥的要求,有利于黄瓜生长发育,为最佳基质配比。

Abstract:The effects of five matrixes mixed with sand,vermiculite and pearlite as nursery growing media on the growth and development of cucumber were studied in the present experiment.The result revealed an obvious superior growth of the cucumber in the matrix that was mixed with vermiculite and pearlite,especially in the matrix No.4,which proportion of sand to vermiculite to pearlite was 0∶2∶1.In matrix No.4,the dry matter weight was(34.6%),0.3%,1.9% and 5.8% higher than those of other two pure matrixes and the matrix that proportion of sand to vermiculite to pearlite was 0∶1∶1 and 0∶1∶2.And in the blooming period,it absorbed higher amount of phosphorus which ranged from 20.5%~50.0% and potassium 17.7%~42.8% than other 4 matrixes.The ratio of reduced sugar and organic acid of fruit in the matrix was 5.44,which was 2.74,2.19,0.59 and 0.99 higher than those of pure sand and the other 3 mixed substrate.The result indicated that among the five treatments,the most suitable proportion of sand to vermiculite to pearlite was 0∶2∶1,which can meet the requirement of water,air,heat and fertilizer of the cucumber.
