| 摘 要： | 应用菊糖和酵母多糖试剂从豚鼠新鲜血清中提取补体C_3,制成菊糖—C_3和酵母多糖—C_3复合物后,以其分别免疫家兔,制备了抗C_3抗血清,经提纯并用HRP标记后,建立了抗补体—ELISA工作程序.通过对8种动物、18个类别的347份血清的检测表明,除抗空肠弯曲菌和獭兔军团菌阳性血清不发生阳性反应外,其余血清均与常规检测法有较好的符合率.

| Abstract: | The inulin-C3 and zymosan-C3 complexes were prepared by separately incubating the fresh guinea pig sera, inulin , and zymosan. The anti-C3 antisera were raised by immunizing rabbits with these complexes and then purified and labelled with HRP. The anti-complement ELISA procedurp was developed using the HRP-labelled anti-C3 anti-bodies. 347 serum samples containing 18 kinds of specific antibodies from 8 different species of animals were detected by the assay. The results of 16 kinds of serum samples were in accord with those examined by the conventional test, but the Legionella pueumophila positive serum samples from rex and the Campylobac-ter jejuni positive serum samples from rabbits showed negative results. The results revealed that the anticomplement antiboies could be used as a broad spectrum labelling system for serological diagnosis of animal infectious diseases. |
