摘    要:以沈阳农业大学育成的沈农265为试材,以秋光为对照,测定了不同浓度盐胁迫下叶片气孔的变化。结果表明,在不同盐胁迫程度下,两个品种的剑叶气孔密度均受到了明显的影响,总的趋势是随着盐分胁迫程度的增加剑叶气孔密度增大,且品种间有一定的差异,沈农265的增幅比秋光大。

Abstract:The effect of stomatal character under different salt stress level in rice leaves were studied using Shennong 265 bred by Shenyang agricultural university and Akihikari as CK. The results showed that the effect was significantly different on stomatal character under different salt stress level between the two varieties. Total trend was the density of flag leaves increased with the increasing of salt stress level, but there existed differences between varieties. Shennong 265 increased more than Akihikari.
