摘    要:为改善表层压缩材的尺寸稳定性,对表层压缩云南松木材进行热处理后,检测其24 h吸水厚度膨胀率和变定回复率等尺寸稳定性指标,及其平衡含水率、材色、剖面密度分布、硬度、弹性模量和静曲强度等物理力学性能指标.结果表明,热处理可显著改善表层压缩材的尺寸稳定性,同时对材色、硬度和静曲强度等有较为显著的影响,而对剖面密度分布和弹性模量则无显著影响.

Abstract:Surface densification and post-heat treatment were used to improve the dimensional stability of Pinus yunnanensis samples.The process involved hot pressing for 10 minutes under 150 ℃ and then heat treatment for 2 hours under 180 ℃ or 220 ℃.The results showed that hot-pressing to densify the surfaces was an effective way to improve surface hardness and bending property of samples.Heat treatment for these surface densified sample could improve their dimensional stability considerably,such as,equilibrium moisture content,water absorption,thickness swelling,but decrease their modulus of rupture slightly.
