| 摘 要： | 研究和建立土壤中所含微生物的快速检验方法对土壤环境保护、利用和监控具有至关重要的意义。本文对主要土壤微生物检测技术和设备系统加以综述，探讨了近年来生物技术用于土壤微生物检测的几种技术，同时也介绍了几种常用的微生物检测方法。
