摘    要:目的]为筛选耐涝的甜樱桃嫁接砧木提供科学依据。方法]以甜樱桃早大果为接穗,研究5种砧木(考特、本溪山樱、大青叶、尖嘴红樱和莱阳矮樱)嫁接苗的涝胁迫光合生理特性及抗性生理,利用隶属函数法对5种砧木甜樱桃抗涝性进行综合评价。结果]随淹水胁迫时间延长,5种砧穗组合的甜樱桃幼苗光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、Fv/Fm逐渐下降,而胞间CO2浓度、初始荧光参数、H2O2、O2-和脯氨酸含量呈上升趋势。将13个指标经隶属函数分析发现5种甜樱桃砧木嫁接苗的抗涝性为考特〉本溪山樱〉大青叶〉尖嘴红樱〉莱阳矮樱。结论]以考特为砧木的甜樱桃抗涝能力最强。

Effects of Different Rootstocks on the Flood Resistance of Sweet Cherries

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide scientific basis for screening waterlogging tolerance rootstocks for sweet cherry(Prunus avium L.).Method] The responses of photosynthesis and resistance physiology of five kinds of rootstocks(colt,benxishanying,daqingye,jianzuihongying,laiyangaiying) were investigated by using sweet cherry 'zaodaguo' as scion and five different Chinese cherry as rootstocks;and the five different grafted seedlings' flood resistance ability were evaluated by membership function analysis.Result] The photosynthetic rate,stomata conductance,the transpiration rate and the ratio of Fv/Fm were decreased rapidly in all grafted seedlings in response to flood resistance stress.The intercellular CO2 concentration,initial fluorescence,the content of H2O2 and O2-,as well as the proline content increased gradually under the stress.By using membership function analysis,the waterlogging tolerance capacities of the five cherry rootstocks were sequenced as follow: colt > benxishanying > daqingye > jianzuihongying > laiyangaiying.Conclusion] The cherry with colt rootstock had the strongest flood resistance capacity.
