博州风能资源研究

摘    要:由于博州特殊的地理位置和地形特点,风力资源丰富,对博州风能资源进行初步观测和评估,为开发风力资源提供科学依据。观测结果表明,博州不仅阿拉山口风口及沿线风力资源丰富,而且赛里木湖东岸、博河河谷上游、鄂河河谷中游风力资源也十分丰富。这些地区有效风力出现小时数占全年70%左右,均在5 000 h以上,平均有效风功率密度均在200 W/m2以上,属于风能丰富区,且风能的品质较好,有利于风机稳定运行,具备很好的风电开发价值。

Study on the Wind Energy Resources in Boertala Prefecture

Abstract:The special geographical location and topographic features contribute rich wind energy resources to the Boertala Prefecture,where the wind resources are observed and evaluated so as to provide a scientific basis for its development.As shown by the preliminary observation results,the rich wind resources of Boertala Prefecture appear not only in Alashankou outlet and its downstream,but also in Sailimu East Coast,upstream of Boertala River valley and midstream of ErTuokes River valley.The hours of effective wind in those areas account for 70% of the whole year,all above 5 000 h,the average effective wind power density is all above 200 W/m2,indicating that those areas abound with high-quality wind resources,which is conductive to the stable operation of wind turbine and has good wind-powered electricity generation value.
