摘    要:目的]研究分布较广的6种绿化植物叶片的挥发性有机物对细菌的抑制作用。方法]提取法国冬青、雪松、七叶树、女贞、法国梧桐、三叶草6种植物叶片释放的挥发性有机物,用菌落法和滤纸片法研究其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用。结果]6种植物叶片释放的挥发性有机物对3种细菌都有抑菌作用,法国冬青、雪松、女贞、法国梧桐的抑制作用较强,其中1.0 g法国冬青碎叶对3种细菌的抑菌率均达45%以上,对3种细菌抑菌圈达20 mm以上;而三叶草、七叶树的抑制作用较弱。结论]法国冬青、雪松、女贞、法国梧桐的挥发性有机物抑菌效果明显,从环境生态学的角度来看,应选择抑菌作用强的树种作为绿化树种。

Study on the Antibacterial Effect of the Volatile Organic Compounds Extracted from Six Green Plants

Abstract:Objective] To study the antibacterial effect of the volatile organic compounds extracted from six widely-distributed common green plants.Method] The volatile organic compounds were extracted from the leaves of such six plants as Viburnum odoratissimum,Cedrus deodara,Aesculus chinensis,Ligustrum lucidum,Platanus orientalis and Trifolium,and their antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli,Staphyloccocus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were studied by using the colony and filter paper-research method.Results] The volatile organic compounds from the leaves of all the six plants had obvious inhibition effect on the three bacteria,especially that from Viburnum odoratissimum,Cedrus deodara,Ligustrum lucidum and Platanus orientalis,the inhibition effect of 1.0 g Viburnum odoratissimum leaves on three bacteria all reached above 45%,and the diameter of their inhibition zone were all above 20 mm;while the inhibition effects of Trifolium and Aesculus chinensis were weaker.Conclusion] The volatile organic compounds from Viburnum odoratissimum,Cedrus deodara,Ligustrum lucidum and Platanus orientalis had obvious antibacterial effects,it implied from the environmental ecology that the plant species with high antibacterial effect should be selected as green plant.
