摘    要:吹填土是滨海地区城市发展重要的土壤资源,但其土壤理化性质严重退化,导致吹填土地带一直是城市绿化建设的重点和难点。对吹填土进行改良试验,可以为滨海地区吹填土再利用提供科学指导。本研究以上海临港吹填土为研究对象,添加不同比例草炭、有机基质和生物有机肥对吹填土进行改良,并设置为期4个月的孔雀草盆栽试验,通过分析各处理土壤理化性质及孔雀草生物量,筛选最优的改良配比。研究结果表明,与未改良处理(CK)相比,添加草炭、有机基质和生物有机肥可以显著降低吹填土容重和土壤pH,并增加土壤最大持水量、土壤孔隙度及土壤有机质,其中土壤容重较CK分别降低了0.30、0.23、0.24 g/cm3,土壤最大持水量分别提高62%、40%、45%,土壤有机质分别提升了26.1、39.8、39.1 g/kg。与CK相比,添加草炭、有机基质和生物有机肥后,孔雀草地上部和地下部生物量均不同程度增加,孔雀草鲜重总量表现为草炭>有机介质>生物有机肥。土壤主成分综合得分与孔雀草地上部干重呈显著线性相关,表明土壤综合评价结果具有参考意义,且50%草炭添加量为最优配比。

Abstract:Dredger fill is an important soil resource for urban development in coastal areas, but due to its serious degradation of soil physical and chemical properties, it has made coastal areas become the key and difficult point of urban green construction. To carry out improvement test of dredger fill is very important, which can provide scientific guidance for the reuse of dredger fill in coastal areas. This study took Shanghai Lingang dredger fill as the research object, different proportions of peat, organic substrate and bio-organic fertilizer were added to improve the quality of dredger fill. A four-month pot experiment was set up to analyze the physical and chemical properties of each treatment soil, and the biomass of tagetes was also measured. Based on the research results, the optimal improvement ratio was evaluated. The results of the study showed that, compared with the unimproved soil treatment (CK), the addition of peat, organic substrate and bio-organic fertilizer could significantly reduce the bulk density and soil pH of dredger fill. The organic improvement materials could also increase the maximum soil water holding capacity, soil porosity and soil organic matter. Compared with those of CK, after adding peat, organic substrate and bio-organic fertilizer, the bulk density was reduced by 0.30, 0.23 and 0.24 g/cm3, respectively, the maximum soil water holding capacity was increased by 62%, 40% and 45%, respectively, and the soil organic matter was increased by 26.1, 39.8 and 39.1 g/kg, respectively. Compared with CK, after adding peat, organic substrate and bio-organic fertilizer, the biomass of the aboveground and underground parts of tagetes increased to varying degrees. The total fresh weight of tagetes was expressed as peat> organic substrate> bio-organic fertilizer. The comprehensive score of soil principal components’ analysis was significantly and linearly correlated with the dry weight of the aboveground part of tagetes, indicating that the comprehensive evaluation results of soil are of reference significance and the 50% peat addition is the optimal ratio.
