食品科学与工程三位一体实践教学体系构建——基于青藏高原特色食品资源和虚拟仿真技术研究

摘    要:为提高食品科学与工程本科人才培养质量,以新工科建设理念为指导,强化工程教学,充分利用虚拟仿真技术,以青藏高原特色食品资源为依托,围绕理论学习和实践能力培训,建立涵盖食品科学与工程关键知识点及实践技能培训的虚拟仿真实践教学平台,充分应用校内外实践教学资源,建立实验室+虚拟仿真+实践基地的三位一体的实践教育体系,将实践教学与虚拟仿真有效结合,将线上线下教学有效融合,将理论学习与实践技能训练充分融合,强化实践教学,充分发挥虚拟仿真教学技术在实践教学质量提升中作用,提高学生综合素质。

Abstract:In order to improve quality of undergraduates training in food science and engineering,virtual simulation practice teaching platform covering key knowledge points and practical skills training of food science and engineering was established under guided by concept of new engineering construction,strengthening engineering teaching,making full use of virtual simulation technology,relying on the characteristic food resources of Qinghai Tibet Plateau. Trinity practical education system including laboratory, virtual simulation and practice base outside school was established focusing on theoretical learning and practical ability training. The practical teaching and virtual simulation were effectively combined, and the online and offline teaching was effectively integrated,and the theoretical learning and practical skill training were fully integrated,so practical teaching was strengthened. The comprehensive quality of student was improving through function of virtual simulation teaching technology in improving quality of practical teaching.
