摘    要:为研究水陆交错带优良造林材料芦苇(Phragmites australis)对光照环境的响应规律,选择水岸不同光照生境分布的芦苇种群为对象,测定分析光照强度对芦苇生长、生物量积累及光合能力的影响规律。本试验在野外原位观测全光照和林冠遮荫条件下芦苇株高、地径、叶片SPAD值以及叶绿素荧光参数的基础上,采用全株收获法进行不同器官生物量的室内测定。结果表明:(1)林冠遮荫条件下,芦苇株高、叶片生物量和茎生物量比全光照条件下分别高30.95%,56.08%和84.37%;芦苇株高与地径和茎干重达到极显著正相关水平,分别为0.692、0.875。(2)种光照条件下的芦苇叶片的SPAD值存在显著差异;林冠遮荫条件下,芦苇叶片SPAD值大于全光照条件下25.98%。(3)林冠遮荫条件下显著促进了芦苇叶绿素荧光参数Fm与PSII最大光化学量子产量Fv/Fm的值,分别高达34.14%、10.73%。

Abstract:Phragmites australis is an excellent afforestation material in aquatic-terrestrial ecotone. In order to study its response to different light environments, taking P. australis populations distributed in different light habitats along the waterfront as the objects, the effects of light intensity on the growth, biomass accumulation and photosynthetic capacity of P. australis were determined. In this experiment, based on the method of in-situ observation in field to measure plant height, ground diameter, leaf SPAD value and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of P. australis under full light and canopy shading respectively, the biomass of different organs was determined by indoor test using the measure of whole plant harvest. The results show that: (1) under canopy shading, the plant height, leaf biomass and stem biomass of P. australis are higher than those under full light environment by 30.95%, 56.08% and 84.37%, respectively, the plant height of P. australis has significantly positive correlations with the diameter at root collar and stem dry weight, and the coefficients are 0.692 and 0.875, respectively; (2) there is significant difference of the SPAD value of P. australis leaves between the two light conditions, compared with that of the full light environment, the SPAD value of leaves under canopy shading is 25.98% higher; (3) canopy shading could significantly promote the value of chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fm and the maximum photochemical quantum yield Fv/ Fm of PSII by 34.14% and 10.73%, respectively.
