版纳斗鸡群体遗传多样性研究

摘    要: 版纳斗鸡是我国著名的斗鸡品种之一。利用33个鸡微卫星标记对版纳斗鸡群体的47个个体进行了分子水平上的遗传多样性分析,共检测出123条多态性片段,每个微卫星座位上的观察等位基因数在2~6之间,平均每个微卫星座位上的等位基因数和有效等位基因数分别为3.7个和2.95个。群体平均杂合度为0.619 4,平均多态信息含量为0.553 3。33个微卫星座位有10个为中度多态座位,其它23个属于高度多态座位。结果表明:版纳斗鸡是一个遗传变异丰富的群体,有较大的选育潜力。

Abstract:Banna gamecock is one of the famous cockfighting breed in China. In this paper, the genetic diversity was assayed on 47 unrelated samples from Banna gamecock population by using 33 microsatellite markers. 123 polymorphic fragments were detected, and the numerical value of alleles per locus varies from 2 to 6. The mean value of allele number and the effective allele number on each locus was 3.7, 2.95, respectively. In Banna gamecock population, average heterozygosis value was estimated at 0. 6194 and average polymorphism information content value at 0. 553 3. Of 33 loci tested, 10 loci were moderately polymorphic, other 23 loci were high polymorphic. The results indicated that Banna gamecock breed had high genetic diversity in population level, and had great potentiality for artificial selection and breeding.
