南天竹果实变色机理研究

摘    要:在果实的生长期,采集南天竹的果实,研究南天竹果实由绿变红的机理。结果表明,南天竹果实颜色的转变与叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素及可溶性糖含量有关。果实生长初期,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量最高,花青素含量最低。到成熟期,红果中,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量最低,花青素含量最高;可溶性糖在整个生长发育过程中,随着叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量的减少和花青素含量的增加,其含量增加。

Abstract:The theory in the fruits color change of Nandina domestica from green to red have been studied.The results showed: The color change of Nandina domestica fruits related on chlorophyll,carotenoid,anthocyanin and soluble sugar.During the early period of fruits growth,the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were the highest;the contents of anthocyanin were the lowest.To maturation,the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids were the lowest;the contents of anthocyanin were the highest.The contents of soluble sugar were increased by the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids reducing,and the contents of anthocyanin increasing.
