| 摘 要： | 以黄冠梨果实为试材，研究后熟处理与1-MCP处理对果实贮藏效果以及鸡爪病发生的影响。结果表明，1-MCP处理能较好地保持果实在贮藏过程中的外观品质及风味。黄冠梨经5天后熟后再进行1-MCP处理，可明显抑制贮藏期间鸡爪病的发生。

| Abstract: | Huangguan pears were stored at cold temperature after various ripening treatment and 1-MCP treatment ,the effect of storage and "jizhua" disease were studied. The results indicated that 1-MCP inhibited the occurrence of post-harvest disorders, but had no effect on"jizhua" disease. The stored effect of different ripening (0,3,5d) with 1-MCP applications were similar, but ripening during 5 days could reduce the occurrence of "jizhua" disease. Thus, these results suggested that ripening treatment during 5 days and 1-MCP treatment with huangguan pears not only could prolong the period of storage ,but also could reduce the occurrence of "jizhua" disease. |
