| Abstract: | In order to supply shaping evidence of domestic animal nerves bear,the distribution of oxytocin on hypothalamus in 8-10 month old goat was determined by immunohistochemical SP method;The results demonstrated that oxytocin - immunoreactive (OT -IR)neurons were mainly distributed over nucleus paraventricularis and nucleus supra -optious; In addtion, (OT -IR)neurous was also found in nucleus perifornicals,nucleus ventromedialis, nucleus ventrolateralis, nucleus suprachiasmaticus, nucleus dorsmedialis, nucleus mamillaris and so on.The OT-IR cells were mainly spherical and ovoid , in addtion, some of them had projects.The positive cells which surrounded trabecula and located near the lumen were spindle-shaped. According to the all above describing, OT distribute on hypothalamus extensively. |
