| Abstract: | Sci-tech statistical index system was an important tool for effective statistics on scientific and technological activities. Analyzed and supplemented Sci-tech statistical index system from the perspective of agricultural research institutes, the investment in science and technology, science and technology activities and the output of science and technology three aspects. Put forward the construction of digital platform of scientific research statistics, and injected new vitality into innovation and technology management. |
