摘    要:以红叶石楠‘红罗宾’的茎段为外植体建立再生体系。结果表明:适宜的诱导培养基为MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,增殖系数可达3.0;红叶石楠瓶外生根适宜的方案为:以草炭土为基质,插条在500 mg/L的生长素中浸泡10 s,生根率可达94.2%。

Abstract:Using stem-segments of Photinia fraseri'Red Robin'as explants,in vitro culture and rapid propagation were studied.The results showed that the suitable medium for bud induction was MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the optimum subculture medium was MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,on which each explant produced up 3.0 plantlets on the average.The cutting were immersed with 500 mg/L IBA for 10 s and used peat as medium,the frequency of rooting reached 94.2%.
