水稻化感作用的数量遗传分析

摘    要:以HG1(具强化感作用)为母本、台中19号(具弱化感作用)为父本构建了F2杂交群体,在水稻生长至7~8叶期以莴苣为受体植物鉴定了亲本、F1和F2群体的化感作用。采用主基因 多基因混合遗传模型的多世代联合分析方法,分析了水稻化感作用的遗传变异。结果表明:7~8叶期水稻对莴苣根长和芽长的化感抑制作用均由两对主基因控制,并有多基因修饰,主基因除了加性—显性效应,还存在上位性互作。水稻对莴苣抑制作用的主基因表现超显性遗传;对莴苣幼苗根长抑制作用的多基因未表现出超显性遗传,而对莴苣幼苗芽长抑制作用的多基因表现超显性遗传。两个性状主基因的遗传率分别为82.8%和92.2%。

Abstract:A F_2 population from the cross HG1 and Taizhong 19 with different allelopathic potential was constructed to analyze inheritance of rice allelopathy.After testing the inhibitory effects of 2 parents,F1 and F2 population at 7-8 leaf stage on the root length and shoot length of receiver plant lettuce,genetics of rice allelopathy was analyzed by genetic model of major-gene and polygene.The results showed that the inhibitory effects of rice at 7-8 leaf stage on the root length and shoot length of lettuce were controlled by two major genes and with effect of polygenes,there were additive,dominance and epigyny effects between major genes.Major genes and polygenes controlling shoot length presented overdominance effect,but polygenes controlling root length did not.Heritabilities of major genes of two traits were 82.8% and 92.2%,respectively.
