| 摘 要： | 目的]为甘氨酸螯合铁在断奶仔猪生产上的应用提供依据。方法]选择20头28日龄断奶仔猪进行饲养试验,在基础日粮中添加0.05%甘氨酸螯合铁,研究添加甘氨酸螯合铁对仔猪生产性能、死亡率和腹泻率的影响,并预测了其可能带来的经济效益。结果]在基础日粮中添加0.05%甘氨酸螯合铁后,仔猪的平均日增重为347.00 g,比对照组提高了9.1%,差异达到显著水平,而料重比为1.46,比对照组降低了6.2%。腹泻率也比对照组降低了56.3%,试验组和对照组中仔猪均未死亡。与对照组相比,每头猪平均所获毛利增加了16.2%,经济效益明显提高。结论]在饲喂仔猪时,应首选氨基酸螯合物作为微量元素添加剂。 |

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to provide basis for the application of ferrous glycinate in the production of weaned piglets.Method] 20 weaned 28-day-old piglets were selected for the feeding experiment,in which 0.05% ferrous glycinate was added to the basic diet.The effects of adding ferrous glycinate on the production performance,the mortality rate and the diarrhea rate of piglets were studied and its possible economic benefits were predicted.Result] After 0.05 % ferrous glycinate was added to the basic diet,the average daily gain of piglets was 347.00 g,which increased 9.1% than that in control group and the difference reached significant level.And the ratio of feed to gain was 1.46,which decreased 6.2% than that in control group.And the diarrhea rate was also decreased 56.3 % than that in control and all the piglets in the test group and control group didn't die.Compared with control group,the average gained gross profit of each piglet increased 16.2%,and the economic benefits were obviously improved.Conclusion] In the period of feeding the piglets,amino acid chelate compounds should be first selected as trace element additive. |
