空心圆柱试样试验仪电液伺服加载系统的研究

摘    要:采用机、电、液?光栅一体化技术研制了空心圆柱试样试验仪新型电液伺服加载,该系统由于具体有光栅位移传感器反馈和液压力传感器反馈控制回中,敌 具有快速和精确的液压力响应,满足试验仪应力(变)控制试验的要求。整个试验过程在IBM PC/XT微型计算机控制下自动完成。

Abstract:This paper,adoptingthe techniques of mechano,electro,hydro-grating integration ,de-veloped a new type of electro-hydraulic servo loading system of the hollow cylinder specimenshaped testing apparatus,Because the system possesses two sets of control loops,that is thegrating transducer feedback control loop and the hydraulic pressure transducer feedback con-trol loop , it can achieve high-speed and precise hydraulic pressure response according to thegiven loading value ,and satisfy the needs of stress(strain)control loading tests in this testingapparatus.All the testing procedure is under the supervision of an IBM PC/XT microcomput-er.
